Holiday Craft Bazaar

2017 Holiday Bazaar at Bishop Rosecrans High School

SATURDAY, December 2nd, 2017

9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Tables will be in Rogge Gym, Dury Hall, Upper and Lower Hallways. There are over 150 spaces available. Each space is 8′ wide x approximately 6’ deep. If you need more than this, order a 2nd space.  These measurements will be strictly enforced.

Space Registration

Fee is $100.00 per space which includes a table and one chair. Space prices are listed on the Registration form.   Vendors must provide ONE DONATED ITEM PER SPACE FOR OUR CHINESE AUCTION. These items will be collected during set up. Please have your item ready when you arrive as our volunteers need time to set up. You may choose to provide your own table, no larger than 8′ x 3′. Shelving is permitted as long as it is within your allotted space.  If you do not pre-order a table from us and you forget to bring one, we will not have any available that day, as we order them in advance.

  • Electric is available upon request–please indicate this on your registration form. You will be required to bring your own extension cords (they must be 3 pronged cords for safety reasons). If your space is located in the Gym or Dury Hall there is electric available on the outside walls only. Vendors are not permitted to climb on the bleachers. Vendor spaces located in the Upper & Lower Halls have access to electric in the classrooms. Please be sure to bring a cord long enough to reach the wall outlets in the classrooms and thin enough to go under the doors.  If you have several items to be plugged in, you may also want to bring a multi-outlet surge protector.

Payment

Make Checks or Money Orders payable to: Bishop Rosecrans High School.  We will cancel any reservation paid by check that returned for insufficient funds. You will be notified if this happens. Reservations must be post-marked by October 16, 2017.  After that date, waiting list vendors will be contacted. Reservations post-marked later than October 16, 2017 will go to the bottom of the waiting list and will be contacted as space becomes available.

Vendor Registration Fees are non-refundable after November 7, 2017.

As we receive your money and reservation information, you will receive confirmation. In most cases, the space assigned to you will continue to be your space each year. If you would like to request a change of location, please indicate this on the reservation form under “special requests. We will do our best to accommodate your request.  There is no guarantee that you will receive the same space as in previous years.

Set up

Friday, December 1st, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Saturday, December 3rd, from 7:00 A.M. to opening. Vendors will not be admitted in the building for set up prior to 6:00 pm for the safety and security of our faculty, staff and students. High school students may or may not be available to help carry merchandise depending on their athletic schedules. Our shoppers arrive early on Saturday, so try to be finished with set-up between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. A free coffee and doughnut coupon will be included with your welcome letter Saturday morning.

Parking

During set-up, you will drive up in front of the school, unload, and THEN go park your car away from the school. We recommend the gravel lot to the west of Bishop Fenwick School. We need to keep the spaces closest to the school available for the public. There are over 100 vendors participating in the bazaar with cars and trailers, so please help us make room for the public. We want this to be as successful as possible for you.

Tear Down

Begins at 3:00 and will be finished by 4:00. You will not be invited back next year if you start this process before 3:00. Rosecrans students MIGHT be available to help carry items to your cars unless there is a sporting schedule conflict.
